Our skilled home health therapy team — including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists — delivers personalized, in-home care designed to help clients regain independence and quality of life. Our OTs address physical, cognitive, and environmental challenges to restore daily routines, while our PTs develop targeted plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support safe, functional movement whether you're recovering from surgery or managing a chronic condition. Our SLPs provide one-on-one therapy to help clients recover communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities following injury, illness, or neurological conditions such as stroke or TBI. Together, our licensed and experienced therapists are committed to meeting you where you are — in the comfort of your home — and guiding you toward greater confidence, strength, and independence.
Our Life Skills Coaching and Training services are designed to help veterans, individuals with disabilities, and adults transitioning toward independent living build the practical skills needed for long-term success. Through structured, hands-on coaching and mentorship, we work on everything from budgeting, meal preparation, and daily routines to community reintegration, career readiness, and executive functioning support — providing the accountability and guidance clients need to thrive at home and in the community. Whether recovering from injury, managing cognitive challenges, or preparing for workforce re-entry, our goal-oriented approach meets each individual where they are and builds confidence every step of the way. We currently serve clients across the Southeast and Texas.
