Occupational Therapy

Our OTs are trained in a variety of practice areas, including neurorehabilitation, aging in place, and adaptive living strategies. They focus on helping clients regain independence in their daily routines by addressing physical, cognitive, and environmental challenges.

Physical Therapy

Our PTs develop targeted, in-home plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote strength and endurance. Whether you're recovering from surgery or managing a chronic condition, our physical therapists tailor every session to support safe, functional movement in your daily life.

Speech Therapy

Our licensed SLPs provide personalized, one-on-one therapy to help clients regain communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities following injury, illness, stroke, TBI, or neurological conditions — with the goal of helping every client find their voice and reconnect with the world around them.
