Stephanie's Story
Stephanie is a Life Skills Coach with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals, youth, and families through empowerment-focused programming, education, and personal development.
She holds a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning – Student Services from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.
Stephanie brings a diverse background in coaching, education, and community-based support. As a Personal Success and Development Coach, she has helped individuals navigate life transitions, build confidence, identify personal strengths, and develop individualized action plans. Her experience also includes facilitating workshops for organizations such as Wounded Warrior Project, as well as serving as an adjunct professor at Valencia College, where she supports students in personal development, self-awareness, and goal setting.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has worked with individuals facing behavioral, academic, and emotional challenges and has developed life skills programs focused on emotional regulation, decision-making, resilience, and personal growth. She brings training in Psychological First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and trauma-informed approaches, along with experience in group facilitation, client advocacy, and community engagement.
As a Life Skills Coach, Stephanie is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and build the confidence and practical skills needed to live more independently. Her approach is encouraging, compassionate, and goal-driven, with an emphasis on meaningful routines, healthy decision-making, community participation, and celebrating progress along the way.
